Nicole Belcher started playing volleyball from 6th grade all the way until she graduated from college. She played four years of collegiate volleyball at Trinity Christian College, where she was recognized as an NAIA Scholar-Athlete for her dedication both on the court and in the classroom. Over her career, Nicole’s team made three appearances at the NAIA Nationals and was ranked in top 20 NAIA teams multiple times.

During her high school career Nicole played for Martha Layne Collins High School and played club volleyball at MAVA. Nicole was a middle hitter, earning spots on the District All-Tournament Team twice and the Region All-Tournament Team once.

In college, Nicole started as a middle but transitioned to right side and outside hitter her junior year. She served as captain of her college team for both her junior and senior years. As a captain, she helped lead Trinity Christian to success at the national level and played a pivotal role in the team’s consistent presence at the NAIA Nationals. With a passion for player development and a passion to help players grow athletically and in life, Nicole is committed to helping athletes achieve their highest potential and fostering a strong, positive team culture.

In addition to her athletic achievements, Nicole holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from DePaul University in Chicago.
