Neci Harris

Neci started playing volleyball at 7 years old and began playing club when she was 12. She completed her club career playing for Dan Palmer here at MAVA her 17s and 18s seasons. Neci attended Mercy Academy where she played 3 years at the varsity level, earning 3 First Team All District awards, two First Team All State awards, named Under Armor All-American Honorable mention and nominated for Gatorade Player of the Year. After graduating from Mercy she went on to play at the Division I level at Furman University where she was named First Team all SoCon three out of four years and left holding the fourth place in hitting percentage and seventh in kills in the conference. Once she graduated from Furman she made the decision to continue her volleyball career at a higher level, playing two seasons for a Seria C Team in Rome, Italy where she closed out her competitive career as one of the top players in the league.
