Stephanie Huff played volleyball at Mercy Academy and for the former Derby City volleyball club. This is Stephanie’s second year coaching 10 Hammerhead at MAVA and her second year assisting the MAVA Minis program. She has been coaching her daughters’ teams at St. Patrick from PeeWee through 5/6th grade for the last 4 years as well. Stephanie thoroughly enjoys working with beginners, focusing on technique and fundamentals, watching them grow and gain confidence, and igniting a love for the sport at a young age!
Stephanie attended Transylvania University, followed by UK for her pharmacy degree and has been working as a pharmacist at UofL Hospital for the last 16 years.
Stephanie has 2 girls, about to be 9 and 11 years old, that are both playing at MAVA this year. Her husband of 16 years, Josh, coaches volleyball alongside her every year. As a family, they love spending time together at the lake, playing volleyball anytime/anywhere, tennis, cheering on UL and Bellarmine, attending sporting events around town and taking trips to Hilton Head and Florida.
Stephanie is very excited to be back for another year and can’t wait to get started!
